Very rude over the phone. Unprofessional.
I just had my second massage from Fraansa and it was absolutely fabulous!! She has the perfect touch!
My boyfriend and I got a couples massage. The massages were nice I guess, but our massage therapists talked to us the whole time… My boyfriend and I didn’t have the courage to tell them to please let us rest and enjoy our massage in silence. There was a nice fountain and some pretty music, and we couldn’t hear any of it because of the talking. Holly is amazing, I reached out to her to have my hair done, shared with her my picture of what i was looking for (from dyed brunette to bronde) she said she was sure we could accomplish it in one visit. I drove down to payson, the scenery is beautiful. The spa has a lovely ambiance, waterfountain on the patio comfy chairs, very relaxing. Holly took care of me, she uses kevin murphy products that are top quality. I wasn’t disappointed with results absolutely loved it! So glad to have met her!! Thanks Holly!
