Placed service call on 9/11/14 for our walk-in freezer that was running warm. Tech (Kevin) came out and said it needed a pressure control and replaced it. The problem is he replaced a pressure control on the wrong compressor unit and then told us we needed a new compressor that he would replace the following day. They billed us $418.05 for installing a part we did not need on the wrong compressor unit and then argued with us that it was our fault the tech worked on the wrong unit.
