Fantastic acupuncture session! After a stressful trip and some insomnia, I floated out of the treatment completely relaxed and slept like a baby. Ana is a very talented practitioner and I loved the weight of the crystals she used- I’d not had that in conjunction with the needles before.
Clean and inviting studio. I keep doing Ana's classes because they're a solid workout with a good mix of strength, stretching and balance. She offers both challenging and alternative/easier options along the way.

Mountain Rose is Phenomenal! True professionals that are very caring and go our of their way to make you comfortable. Such a peaceful environment. It's the kind of place that feels like home. I always look forward to the next time I can go in. I highly recommend checking it out! 5*++
