The staff were rude and disrespectful to me and my friends.
I was referred to this shop by a friend of mine and was at first taken in by the owner's apparent love of biking and doing things right. However, after a few visits it became obvious that this was a farce and I found that the shop cannot be trusted and should be avoided at all costs.
