My mother's best friend broke 3 ribs while she was at this place and is now deceased a short time later. Now my aunt is there and I'm very worried after speaking to others about their experiences here.
Did the check-in process at the door found our family member easily and he was in good spirits. Nurse was helpful and PT was arriving as we were leaving.
Not enough staff. Patiens are left alone other than having their trays dropped off to eat. They wait wayyyyy to long to be toileted...
