This shop is super easy to work with even though I was a bit of a pain. I was in the market for two e-mtbs and these guys had one in stock and could order the other, plus they were able to apply the CO tax rebate. I had no trouble arranging everything over the phone before making the trip up from the front range, and the deal they were able to work made it absolutely worth the effort. This place is exactly what a small town bike shop should be.

Very fair pricing for my e-bike and done ahead of schedule. Bike runs smoooth… Highly recommend. Best to make an appointment.

I went in twice to inquire about a specific bike that was around $1400. Both times the sales associate I spoke with immediately tried to sell me on a bike that was around $5,000. The sales pitch was that I should spend 3x the amount I wanted too because it was easier for the shop to get those bikes. When I told them I wanted the $1400 bike they had me write down all of my info in a notebook and said they call me in a day or two. I’m still waiting g in that call. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

An expected joy in the Vail Valley; a good old-fashioned bike shop run by a very regular guy named Charlie Brown. Thank you for adjusting the front derailleur on my son’s bike so quickly and efficiently. I had it so close!
