I'm so glad I switched here from Chase bank! Like moving from NYC to a welcoming small town, seriously. Easy to work with in person and online. They really put the personal touch on everything. Every time I call they answer quickly and with a real person. Their debit card deal with no ATM fees is fantastic. Best bank ever! Too many banks are too impersonal for me and I really love the fact that I have known everyone who works there for many years and they consistently go above and beyond to help me out with absolutely anything and Everything.
I called by mistake and apologized. The lady on the phone just hung up aggressively. Not nice
