Ordered some wall art on 1/24/25 and a month later I do not have my order. When I asked about what could be done, I received a lengthy canned email response listing all the reasons why ultimately it wasn’t their problem and they could do nothing for me. While this company can’t help the fact that my package has been lost, they have offered no follow up or any attempt to contact USPS, send a replacement or refund my money.
