I recently moved to the area and am so happy I discovered Mountain Maryland Wellness! Al is the best! He is professional, genuine, and knowledgeable. I can tell that he genuinely wants to help his patients feel better. He has a very holistic approach that I welcome. I have several medical ailments and he has already positively impacted them after only a few visits. I had a Dr referral to this place I waited for almost 2 months for them to schedule my appointment. I called the office and they said they would have to confirm my referral with my Dr and would call me back .. Needless to say another few weeks has went by and and they still haven’t called .

I was suffering terribly from Lyme disease and co-infections. I was really sick. Al's treatment has given me my life back. He is an excellent practitioner. He is knowledgeable and is kind and patient. I am very thankful for MMA! I would recommend MMA to anyone suffering from Lyme or with any chronic pain or illness.

Al is amazing! I cannot express how kind and genuine he is. I have been struggling with anxiety since I moved to the area a year ago. I was suffering for 2 1/2 years with this pain in my shoulder. Nothing would get rid of it, my doctor or a chiropractor. After seeing Al, the pain is completely gone and the numbing sensation that would shoot down to my fingers is gone. I can't thank Al enough.
