I taped a cooler closed and they threw it freely in the back of a trailer. When all the stuff was tossed out and ruined they told me I need to pack my stuff better.... horrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is the only bus service available in BC (it also goes to Calgary), and it’s not terrible. It’s pretty professionally run, but it could be improved. To start, what was supposed to be a 57-seat bus turned out to be much smaller—only 36. So much for my selected seat of 12D! The rows weren’t numbered, either, which caused untold confusion amongst the passengers as each boarded. Secondly, it was running over an hour late on my trip. Excellent service that nobody else provides. We did castlegar to vancouver then back a month later. Our biggest motivation to put in a review is to acknowledge Orion cooper the driver; takes great care of customers and drives safe, not a speed freak, checks breaks etc. Exactly the best kind of a driver a company could have. Can't say enough good things about him as a man in charge of a bus load of people's life.

Excellent service. Driver (O'Ryan) went above and beyond what he had to do, in addition to being an excellent driver and lauded by all on board. Note that bicycles may have to be wrapped with panniers removed and handlebars turned. We used garbage bags and tape.
