Awesome experience:) Bus needs to run more often to the BC mountains . Because it’s the main source of transportation for people that don’t feel comfortable driving.
I taped a cooler closed and they threw it freely in the back of a trailer. When all the stuff was tossed out and ruined they told me I need to pack my stuff better.... horrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND
This is the only bus service available in BC (it also goes to Calgary), and it’s not terrible. It’s pretty professionally run, but it could be improved. To start, what was supposed to be a 57-seat bus turned out to be much smaller—only 36. So much for my selected seat of 12D! The rows weren’t numbered, either, which caused untold confusion amongst the passengers as each boarded. Secondly, it was running over an hour late on my trip.
