I just want to say Shara one of the bus dispatchers at Mountain Lion always goes above and beyond to help me always get to my destination. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind. I am always hopeful that she answers when I have to call. Most of the bus drivers are pretty good also. There has only been a few times where I’ve had a bus driver be very rude and short.
He kicked my friend off the bus with no warning, brake checked us, made us fall. Driver was a terrible guy
Wondering if my employer will be reimbursed for all the bus passes they pay for for employees to use the bus to get back and forth to work but are UNABLE to use the bus because of constant delays, totally not running a route, detours, roadwork, etc, etc ..any excuse for shoddy service. I have to leave hours early or risk being up to an hour late for work because you NEVER know if/when a bus is coming. .and the bus locator app SUCKS!!!
I ride the bus every day and it’s a big help getting from point A to point B, and the drivers are very respectful.
