Wondering if my employer will be reimbursed for all the bus passes they pay for for employees to use the bus to get back and forth to work but are UNABLE to use the bus because of constant delays, totally not running a route, detours, roadwork, etc, etc ..any excuse for shoddy service. I have to leave hours early or risk being up to an hour late for work because you NEVER know if/when a bus is coming. .and the bus locator app SUCKS!!!
I ride the bus every day and it’s a big help getting from point A to point B, and the drivers are very respectful.
Not sure of the service in Morgantown, but trying to find the actual stop at Pittsburgh airport is a real challenge. I used the link they emailed me, stood at that spot 15 minutes before and 30 after and never saw a bus. Checked the bus tracking and it showed one time, but also said status was not able to be checked. Stranded at airport overnight, lost 120 dollars for my missed Bridgeport hotel. This is the worst public transportation I have ever seen. Buses are constantly late or don't even show up at all. DO NOT COUNT ON THE BUS ACTUALLY SHOWING UP. Relying on Morgantown public transportation is a good way to lose a job.The bus drivers are rude and like to make creepy sexual comments to the riders. I would be ashamed to work here.
