Multiple times now I have pulled the cord for a stop request, heard the bus speakers announce "stop requested," and the bus driver just flies by my stop. So I end up having to get their attention and they tell me "oh it didn't register up here, I'll have to take you to the next one." I guess they tune out the speakers announcing the stop request too. Honestly infuriating, but in my experience the drivers are kind and apolgetic. Why wait half an hour for a bus that's gonna take you way past your stop anyway? I could have just... read more
Driver called police on a homeless person resting on the bus and assisted police in dragging this person of the bus and police assaulted the homeless person. When the bus driver was called out by a few passengers for being absolutely heartless he forced the passengers off in the middle of the nowhere. Completely unnecessary behavior.
The buses are always clean and the drivers friendly.
Watched a driver pull away as a family with young children raced towards the bus stop. Unprofessional at best.
