After giving the guy all my info over the phone to get my account numbers and waiting for ten min tells me he doesn’t feel comfortable giving out the info this bank is a complete joke
Long term customer, great rates, great customer service.
These people are extremely incompetent, they don't follow proper banking protocols. Not to mention the rude personalities (St.Marys). Take your business to Warren MFCU or Bradford, it's worth the travel. No stars is more accurate.
