I heard such great things about this credit union but was very disappointed. The teller wasn't very friendly or helpful. I wanted to open up a checking account and it was a complete hassle. She kept insisting my ID wasn't right. After she went to two different employees' offices, because of my ID, which is valid, I just took my check and ID and went to another credit union to open up an account.
