My very first visit resolved a very painful attack of hip pain. With regular home exercise, that disabling pain never recurred.
Therapists were very backed up, yet made efforts to get me in post total knee replacement. Therapist has multiple decades of experience, yet very open and patient with my questions and takes a lot of time explaining what I need to do, why I need to do it. She provides me with useful, understandable instructions in multiple mediums and watches my form and makes corrections as needed. I feel very confident I'm in great hands and that I will be successful!
For me, Jim Lewis is a godsend. Following replacement of both knees he kept me going even though I didn't have a (good) leg to stand on. Then I had a botched shoulder replacement surgery: the new joint is fine, but the axillary artery was severed and the axillary nerve severely stretched.
