Currently I am a member of this credit union, and have always been more than satisfied with their customer service. Since the merger has occurred with Knoxville TVA, I have noticed a great decline in everything except the rates. I signed up with Mountain Lakes not only due to their extremely low and competitive rates, but because they were cordial on all accounts.
