An incredibly stupid process. 1. First of all, don’t drive onto the property right away. Walk in and hand over your paperwork. 2. Once you’re assigned a door, don’t rush straight to it — go to the guard shack and ask for a phone. 3. Drive onto the scale. While standing on the scale, call the guy in the shack and tell him you’re on the scale facing the main entrance. 4. Then go to the assigned door. If you have a mixed load, you’ll have to repeat the scale procedure as many times as you have product categories.

DRIVERS this place is not bad BUT, it's that part of getting in that can be frustrating. First the guard is not very clear on giving information. You can not check in at the guard shack and go inside. You have to go park and then walk back in then go back to see that same guard to get an empty weight. There is a scale as the guard says DOWN DA STREET. In fact there is, BUT ITS NOT MARKED!!!!! it is on a drive way that veers off the main street and hidden by trees.....Anyway the process sucks and I don't generally get tipped ... read more
