Helpful and kind staff, variety of Honey’s, candles, other assorted products appealing to any interest. Staff were resourceful and knowledgeable very approachable with questions. Easy Parking and great stop for touring.

I absolutely love this place. I absolutely love the people who work there who are knowledgeable, personable, and really friendly. I refuse to buy my honey anywhere else unless I am away from home. They also have other great items like different flavors of peanuts, soaps, perfumes, and has just an all-around good vibe.

What a buzz we got at this sweet store full of honey! We loved the variety of honey and mead and the live bee hive on display! It was fun tasting the different honeys and meads that are available fir sale. Very unique experience and very educational as well.

Stopped in for lunch today. Reuben and BBQ sandwiches were nicely portioned and very tasty! Excellent assortment of homemade honeys and beeswax candles. An assortment of bulk vinegars and olive oils were also available. I look forward to visiting again when we are in the area. There is also a live beehive on display and they sell beekeeping gear next door.

If you are looking to sample Mead, Mountain House is a great option. It was our first time trying mead and we enjoyed the elderberry mead! In addition to mead, they also sell candles, honey and various gifts that would be great for a hostess, housewarming party, etc. They also removed the price tag and wrapped two items that we purchased as a gift. We spent several minutes speaking with one of the owners sons (we did not get his name), who was extremely knowledgeable of the area, mead, bees and the honey making process. We e... read more
