I do not recommend this business. We had a bad hard drive. We were new to Mountain Home and in the middle of moving anxiety. John came over, took the hard drive with him to diagnose. Next thing we knew, he contacted my husband to tell him he had to replace it and no data was salvageable. He set up a delivery time. The bill was 624$. We should have refused the replacement but we’re in a stressful time. John should have given us the cost so that we could make an informed decision. John is the best! He got my Brother wireless printer up & running with my computers & WiFi in no time at all! Very friendly & kind. I highly recommend his services.
I was unprepared for how well John took care of servicing my computer, both in the quality of the fix and being super flexible from picking up my computer to dropping it off to me. He explained everything about the entire process and fix clearly. His prices are well worth it because of the quality of his work, highly recommend him!
John did an excellent job fixing my desktop and explaining what the issue was along with what needed to be done. It's also incredibly convenient that he will pick up and return. He is professional and quick. I truly appreciate his work.
