I was in there today and couldn’t find what I was looking for, but one of the staff Courtney was super sweet and helpful. She helped me look for what I came in for, and when we couldn’t find anything she gave me more suggestions about where I could get it. That’s how customer service should be! Highly recommend.
Bought some paddleboards last year and never used one of them because we didn't know that certain necessary gear was missing for the Bote Flood gatorshell board. They gave us the wrong bag for it (we were given gear for an inflatable vs the hardshell, minus the paddles and proper fins/stabilizers). Went back on 2 occasions after 2 phone calls to rectify and never received what we were promised, though the folks were very nice about "not being able to find" our stuff.
If I could give zero stars I would Had a terrible experience today at the Malbis Shopping Center location. I have a newly potty trained little boy who just turned 3 last month, and he needed to use the restroom while we were in the store. Normally I would try to get him to wait, but the nearest restroom is across the shopping center and we all know a newly trained 3 year old can’t wait that long.
