Terrible company. Charged me nearly $500 for supposedly repairing a generator and did nothing. Stay away from these crooked people.

I purchased a Kohler backup propane generator from Mountain Heritage Systems. Charlie came out and gave me the info I asked for, as well as quotes for the purchase and install. Scheduling was easy and we were able to get everything installed within 8 weeks of our first meeting. The install crews were fantastic, and I want to thank Carter, Eli and Austin for their professionalism and expertise in their craft. I'd recommend these guys to a friend for a similar purchase. Couldn't be happier.
I have been using Mountain Heritage for my home elan system for 4 years. For the last 8 weeks I have had trouble with the system and they sent out a person 2 times. My system still is not working properly. I called today and expressed my dissatisfaction . I would like to have a working system. I was told by Paul he cannot send a network person for 2 weeks.
