From experience you do not want to use them till they get their act together. Changed ownership about a year ago and have had to dispute credit with credit report at least once a month. Now they are showing a closed account but on my credit. I am done fixing mistakes for other people it’s not My job to report to credit bureau. Credit makes your life go round when someone or places messes your credit up they should be held accountable especially when they know they have issues. Always great customer service
Tried calling several times and no answer
Paid my car off. Teller got my title from Susan and she said “ she paid her car off thank god and talked nasty about me” like I couldn’t hear her then when I was just about to leave Susan saw I had the title and ripped it out of my hands which gave me a paper cut and said you can’t have that we’re holding it because your a consigned on someone else loan. Just very rude unprofessional and don’t know how to talk to their customerss.
