The MHFCU changed its website and has made it impossible to get into accounts. Call both the Parkersburg and Beckley numbers and you get a fast busy signal. They know there are problems with the website but refuse to answer the phones to provide assistance. I have been a member for 30 years and this is unacceptable. I generally wouldn't leave a review, but maybe they will see this review and answer the phone.
After many years being a customer of MHFCU, I still find it the best of the financial institutions I have a relationship with(5). The personnel are the kindest, most eager to help that you will ever find. They are so quick to help if any dispute or mistake occurs, and will correct it asap whomever is at fault.
