In my opinion, not a very respectable facility. Administrator was less than truthful on two occasions (that I Know of). Had to request my father's teeth be brushed and his face shaven. I observed an RN using meds on a patient that was "not extremely agitated", so she and part of the staff could take a 30 minute break at the beginning of the shift. Will NOT use this facility again and regret using it at all. Father went to a doctor in Sallisaw and he sent him their "to adjust his medicines". My father is 80 and has had dement... read more
