A very unique shop. Service was extremely friendly. Local artists arts. Wife loved the shop.
I would give 5 stars due to one MAJOR detail. I came in yesterday and perched one eucalyptus and one lavender candle. We were going to burn one up at our cabin but found out that we can not burn either because both are toxic to dogs. PINE OIL. It's a shame because I made a trip from Glenwood. But they will make a great Mother's Day gift. If you make the lavender candle without pine, I will be back.
I visited fairplay the other day and stopped into Mountain Essentials. First of all the second you pop in the shop it smells amazing. Second of all I love the way it is decorated and displayed with the antique and vintage furniture and home pieces. I wanted to buy everything in there it smelt so good and it was so adorable. I ended up buying your winter berry soap it's probably one of my favorite smells I've ever smelt. I really hope you make a room spray of that scent at some point I would be in heaven!! I stayed in Fairplay for a week and visited this store 3 times. It is absolutely the cutest store in town. The owner is so friendly and helpful. They have amazing body/beauty products plus a lot of handmade goods and art from local artisans. I absolutely love all of my purchases for myself and for gifts. By far the best place to shop in FairPlay!
I absolutely love my Chapstick and lavender essential oil. As a man with very choosy lips, it's a rare win when I find a Chapstick that meets my needs. Highly recommended.
