I had a referral sent by a doctor to this practice, after a week of not hearing anything back, I called the practice, no one picked up, went on the answering machine and asked me to leave my details and I will be contacted as soon as possible. Three days later I called again as I did not receive a return call and again went on the answering machine. A week later and still I havnt had a phone call. Had to go back to the doctor and get a new referral and pay another visit fee.
