By far the best experience of opening accounts I have had. The app is great easy to use and understand, ATM is great place in a safe location. Building is clean the tellers are professional and knowledgeable. Will

My husband and I walked in to open an account on a Friday afternoon. Even though they were very busy, we were greeted instantly by Izzy, our teller. She was polite, knowledgeable, and patient. She is definitely in the right profession. We highly recommend this bank! JG

Staff were kind, but I was offered a worse rate than the dealer despite good credit—and later got an even better deal through the dealer anyway. There were other parts of the process that left me feeling more scrutinized than supported, and overall, I left feeling pretty unhappy with the experience.
