My card was compromised and the fraud department with MCU caught it immediately! The associates provided excellent, professional, and caring customer service regarding this matter and are always this way during any transaction. Stephanie assisted me through the stressful process and I was left feeling very confident that MCU will continue to provide the best service they can for their clients.
