My son has an absolutely horrible credit union in Atlanta, so I told him about MCU and why I valued it. Made me want to come here and say so. Some processes are antiquated, yes, but I appreciate what a credit union is and don't want to support big banks. Big banks, big fees. I'm OK with a tiny bit of inconvenience. I can't DEPOSIT cash to MCU via ATM. If this is something you have to do, it's not for you. But if you want to save hundreds of dollars in fees to keep a checking and saving account, credit unions are for you!
I have been a member for 20+ years and have received very good service.
I’ve never had to deal with a bank are credit union that I can’t use the card. It never work. I’m in store trying to use my card it doesn’t work. My husband try get money out our account from the mountain credit union atm his card doesn’t work. If go to somebody else atm then the card work. Me and my husband had enough can’t chat with anyone they don’t respond to your chat. When you sending money to family you get a text saying it’s a fraud on your account. They were great, fixed my malfunctioning debit card..
Everytime I deposit money or get a new card, my debit card never works, an it's a hassle to get in touch with anyone
