While I don't personally bank here, the place where I work does. When I had to make bank runs to this location I found the staff to be both friendly and helpful. It's also a beautiful place, centrally located right in the heart of Tynecastle. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I can't personally vouch for the full services of this financial institution as an account holder.
Friendly, helpful. Never mind going in, but don't have too.
