Nice bank with very nice people. But, I use online bill pay and banking for 98% of my banking. Whoever does their IT should be fired. it's a mess and a total pain. It's confusing to use. There's no view to see a list of the payments you just scheduled, you just have to scroll the entire list of all your payees and hope you didn't miss something. Setting up a new account for electronic payment is a huge problem. (set up the same account at a different bank with no issue or problem at all) but they continue to tell me for ever... read more
