Just called about banking issue with fraud hold. I was transferred twice and last lady I didn't get her name. She needs some customer service course. I was asking question about why my charges was before as fraud. She ask me what was my goal in asking these question. Please train your people that customers have every right to ask about the accounts they have. Also send her to customer service training or demote her.
Don’t waste your time at this bank Useless
I would not recommend this bank. The gentleman that was working appeared to be overwhelmed and would not assist me with opening account. He was more focused with working drive thru.
Great bunch of folks that made me feel welcome from the first time I opened an account with them. I like the fact that customers are important to them. It is obvious that high quality customer care is important at all levels at this bank. Highly recommend.
