Easier, the Branch Manager is the best. She went over and above helping me and my family. I'm taking over paying my bills for my parents and my mom is in the nursing home. She couldn't come to the bank and sign for me to be on her account. Easier understood our situation and went way out of her way to make sure I was legitimate to protect my parents and then made it possible for me to help my parents. Just called about banking issue with fraud hold. I was transferred twice and last lady I didn't get her name. She needs some customer service course. I was asking question about why my charges was before as fraud. She ask me what was my goal in asking these question. Please train your people that customers have every right to ask about the accounts they have. Also send her to customer service training or demote her.
Don’t waste your time at this bank Useless
I would not recommend this bank. The gentleman that was working appeared to be overwhelmed and would not assist me with opening account. He was more focused with working drive thru.
