I love my bank. Always kind and courteous. I have been with them for years. I pay my bills through my online banking and love it. Highly recommend.
The online banking is unbelievably unreliable. I have had processing transactions disappear into thin air multiple times over the weekend for important bills and the funds randomly appear back into my account and I also subsequently get locked out of my online banking, thus giving the insinuation important bill payments are being returned when in fact they have not and the actual balance will appear within a day and the original transactions will again reflect on the account. Horrible experience. Would not except POA when trying to take care of financial matter. Although POA was notarized and recorded in county. Like everything else all in the WORDING. 2 attorney's have told me it was perfectly legal. Would never do business with them. Horrible
