Administration is great to work with, and the Staff are amazing with my Mother, so caring and compassionate.
I spent 26 months at the facility and was treated well.I consider some of these ppl family
I had worked there for over 10 years, loved my job and my coworkers. Then we got new administration, they say they have your back, you can trust us, and you have nothing to worry about, totally not true!!!!! They cover up what they want and report what they want to and then when it comes down to it you are just a number, they fire you so the blame is not on them. My 85 year old mother just had a recent stay at mtn city for rehabilitation purposes. I cant say enough about how wonderful she was treated. Theresa in admissions made the process very smooth from the time we walked in the door. Lori the social worker helped with anything we needed and answered all questions. The 1st floor staff (white building) we couldn't say enough about. From nurses to aides to cleaning personnel,transport, and maintenance. Everyone showed much compassion and respect.
