My dad was recently at mountain city in the white building, floor one, and the staff was incredible to him and my brother and I. Wonderful, caring nurses and cna’s!
I have lived at Mountain City for almost five years and have nothing but positive things to say. I have found staff to be helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dietary does a good job with meals and snacks, giving us choices as to what we want to eat. We have activities everyday giving us something to look forward to. We paint, play bingo, do trivia and many other things. We have a hairdresser who comes in every week, providing us with cuts, styles and even color. Administration is great to work with, and the Staff are amazing with my Mother, so caring and compassionate.
I spent 26 months at the facility and was treated well.I consider some of these ppl family
