Physical therapy and rehabilitation is how Mountain Center got its start, but it has evolved into so much more. Owner Betsy Donovan is still involved with each branch, as are her children Ben and Lindsay. Each facility is up to date with the latest physical therapy and physical rehabilitation equipment and professionals, however Mountain Center continues to evolve. We now offer programs for functional health and fitness in each location, we provide coaching to elite athletes and area schools.

The staff is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I've been here several different times for several different injuries. I've seen several different therapists and they've all been great. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 😃
Use this place for many injuries through the years. Also they have a store in Conway New Hampshire as well. They all always been friendly helpful and wanting to get you on back on the road to recovery. I can't say anything bad about this whole outfit. They've supported me in any way that I've construed myself. And almost bend over backwards to help me and anyone be well.
