Joy was amazing! She is so knowledgeable about body mechanics and really made a difference in just 1 session! If I lived closer I would see her on a regular! I had never experienced such an in depth massage…she was very professional and explained everything she was doing. I would recommend anyone visiting the Red River area to go see her! Can’t speak highly enough of her.

I had the craniosacral massage followed by a reiki session and felt absolutely wonderful and relaxed after. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely return if we come back to Red River!
