Ours was a challenging install...the back deck is 20 ft from the water's edge and there can be a stiff breeze. The crew, at times 3, were friendly and explained the install. The first blind provided and increase in shade, but didn't operate in the wind. The team reassessed, didn't give up and found a new solution. Big wind is still and issue, but we can now use the blind in light breezes. A very workable solution. Highly recommend the "Blind Men"!!
Great service and very reliable .
We recently used The Blindman for two different services. The first was to measure and install blinds for a new rental unit in Keystone. The fellows who measured and installed our blinds were very professional and careful. We are pleased with the blinds! The second service at our home was to repair a blind where one of the string pulls had gotten knotted inside the blind and the blind no longer functioned properly. Everyone at Mt Blind Man was prompt and helpful in my project and afterward! One blind came in defective and they reordered before even putting it up. This was very important to me as a distant owner. A year later, some of the cord aligners seemed to slip off too easily, and they researched the problem and came back with a solution to keep them in place. Great service! I would give Jordon from Mountain Blind Man a perfect 10 if it was available. I used another company to purchase and install Hunter Douglas blinds throughout my newly constructed home but their service charge to come and deal with a blind that was under warranty was "over the top". Jordon came and worked with Hunter Douglas to get the honeycomb blind repaired and reinstalled.
