Working with your company has been easy and seemless.
We were so pleased with Mountain Blind Man! They replied quickly and came to measure quickly! Blinds came in quickly AND installed quickly! They are beautiful and work so nicely! We have a lot of windows and felt the price was very reasonable! As you can see, I have used a lot of exclamation points. That how happy we are with the whole experience!!
Mountain Blind Man has the best customer service! They have installed blinds in my home which have been great. I had a couple of my valence clips break ( after approximately 15 years) Robyn was able to get me replacements and also hooked me up with some pull cord for a repair. She, and everyone in the shop was very helpful. I highly recommended them! Thank you!
Ours was a challenging install...the back deck is 20 ft from the water's edge and there can be a stiff breeze. The crew, at times 3, were friendly and explained the install. The first blind provided and increase in shade, but didn't operate in the wind. The team reassessed, didn't give up and found a new solution. Big wind is still and issue, but we can now use the blind in light breezes. A very workable solution. Highly recommend the "Blind Men"!!
