Do these ppl know how to return a phone call?
My wife & I are expecting a baby. While trying to schedule an appointment, the scheduling clerk begin screaming at my wife over the phone. I requested a call from a supervisor, Kathy Birro did call me but hang up & then allowed me to sit on hold for a while. I was hung up on a second time. Definitely needs to be looked into.
Arrived at the education center at 11:05am on first Thursday of April 2026 by bicycle. Enjoyed a moment of rest in their beautiful welcoming garden. Needed a pitstop, so I entered, the front desk lady answered my question with a smile. On the way out I thanked her and appreciated her hire. Having a lovingly kind heart 💜 is golden up here on the hill.
