Getting sick and tired of their fraud department declining my transactions.....3 declines for the same thing when I have responded to texts say it isn't fraud and is my renewal for my diabetes bio sensors and I am now on the phone again for the 2nd time today.....complete joke.....keep this up i will find a new bank....horrible
Worst Customer service experience in the last week, If you are trying to cash a payroll check and you do not have an account or had a previous account with them that was closed, don't cash your check with this credit union, total trash Customer service. I will never be a member of MACU again.
They have always been so kind and helpful! I don't love the organization's overdraft fees in general, but this branch and the workers are great. I am always greeted warmly and helped out in exactly the way I need.

I have many good experiences with MACU. I really like employees there. I am always greeted politely. The employees are always very helpful.
