For several years I have been very happy with Mountain America until this last year. I have have several personal, auto and credit cards through these guys and have never been late and always paid things off. This last couple years has been hard for me since I had to switch jobs a couple of different times. Still not being late on anything, every time I asked them for some help in either lower interest rates or re-financing they are not willing to help out at all.
