The staff has always been so awesome to me! I had an issue with a payment I made and they were very quick to help me out and even though it took an hour over the phone, they were super patient and helpful. They even took off my late fee because of the mix up. Such great service!!’
The Chubbuck branch is totally awesome. The employees bend over backwards to help you and make you feel like more than just a number. They are great people.
