Every interaction has been painful and I feel they go out of their way to make my banking experience horrifyingly bad. All I want is to pay off my loan and they cannot make it work without my using a second bank
I’m trying to do some tax work for 2023 and wow it has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with Mtn America. Customer for 13 years. It has always been frustrating to do business taxes because of how they show you information and don’t save memos that i intentionally hand write into transactions. For transfers the only info they give me is “deposit” or “withdrawal”. what’s the point of me typing a note of what it’s for as i make the transaction then? Unconcerned with customer satisfaction. Actively works to make the customer experience worse and worse each year.
In June I had my credit and debit cards stolen, despite reporting it to them the day it happened, they still allowed the cards to be used a few days later for several transactions in branch at several different branches. They told me at that point that the cards are still allowed to be used to access the account even if new ones have been issued. I have tried to bring this issue to their attention several times to prevent it from happening to others as I see it as a huge security issue, the only response I got after several ... read more
