I've always had really great experiences with anyone working at Mountain America in general. However, since I'm moving out of state, I needed to cancel my account. Luckily when I called to do so, Renee Reyes helped me out. She gave me so many options and made sure to check my reward points. I had no idea I even had reward points! I had accumulated so many that I didn't even know about- and wouldn't have known about- if not for Renee. Thank you so much again, you're a real girls girl!
I just had the best experience I have ever had calling a bank/credit union!! The customer care associate Heather B. was remarkable. She was so helpful and went the extra mile to help me get the information I needed. It helped so much. Thank you!! Please give her some good recognition for this.
swapped from America first to here and let me tell you. WORTH IT. The employees and members get treated way better that it looked like at america first. Little confused on the 1 star reviews. sounds like they didnt have patience or could understand that MACU is trying to protect them
Extremely frustrated at the awful level of service since I was hospitalized last year. If you are ever out of work and fall behind, watch out. They have been the most aggressive creditor and have refused any and all resolution.They claim that Mountain America's mission is to provide exceptional member experiences, quality service, and financial guidance. My experience has been the complete opposite of that.
