There's nothin like getting relief for issues you didn't even know you had! Mandy was terrific and incorporated techniques/ tools that you'd typically have to pay extra for elsewhere. The bonus of it all was learning more about how to better care for my body/recurring conditions.
I went in with a very tight neck and back, it had been over a year since my last massage and I was in rough shape. An hour later I felt like a new person, my back and neck were loose and much more comfortable. If you need a deep tissue massage this is the place to go!

Absolutely the best deep tissue massage ever! Mandy was absolutely amazing! My husband and I came to stay in the Bar Harbor/Trenton area with our 3 dogs so we were hoping for an at home massage. Mandy was great in terms of planning and flexibility. She gave both of us a 60 minute massage (although I regret not booking 90 minute massages instead!) and it was wonderful.
