I was excited to find Mountain Air Spas because they offered an affordable way for me to purchase a brand new hot tub. As I waited for it to arrive, there were a few things along the way that started making me uneasy about the purchase. But rather than get into all of that, I'll stick to what happened once the hot tub was delivered.
