My brother was a patient here for a short time and passed away in this facility. I was asked by business/financial office to pre pay his stay as medicaid and Social security would be delayed. I paid by my credit card. He passed on March 4th. 2024. I received a statement dated 04/01/2025 with a credit of $1,345.95 and was uncertain as to what this was about. One of the Worst Healthcare Facilities I’ve Ever Dealt With I truly wish I could give this facility zero stars. Our experience here has been beyond disappointing, distressing, and deeply frustrating. This nursing home is an absolute disgrace, and I would never recommend it to anyone — not even for temporary care. My father is paralyzed, nonverbal, and on a feeding tube, completely dependent on the staff for every single need. And still, somehow, they find a way to neglect him on a daily basis. He can’t move, speak, or eat on his own. He relies 100% on others — and this facility has failed him in the most basic, human ways. I was called a racist because I wasn't getting proper care and pointed it out. Maintenance takes 3 weeks to change a light bulb while nurses tell me they are waiting on bulbs, for 3 weeks? C'mon now. Do better. The care here is only as strong as their weakest nurse & they have a couple nurses that will keep their rating stars lower unfortunately.
