Adrienne was so thoughtful from the very beginning and throughout the whole experience. I felt peaceful, supported, and truly comforted during the session. She clearly explained what to expect, communicated so well, and offered such a beautiful, caring service.
Lara is the best! She makes a one hour massage feel like a two hour. Incredible knowledge, body intuition, and hand strength from her!
The prenatal massage with Lara was unreal! When I had one at elements they didn’t do half of what she did for my feet and back! I love Mount Sunny
