I would like to thank Jennifer for her outstanding work at the Mt Prospect American House. She always met us with a smile and how can I help. She has been outstanding in transitioning my brother Freddie from his home to the Mt. Prospect facility. As I told Sunny if she was my employee I would give her a raise for the work that she is doing to keep your visitors and clients happy and worry free. She is an OUTSTANDING person!
I’ve been working at this community for over a year and it just continues to get better and better. The residents are amazing, the community grounds are clean, central, and easy to navigate, as well as in a great part of town. Monthly Family Nights are so much fun to be part of and I always love to hear the feedback of those events. American House has been a great place to work.
