Carolin completely changed my life!!! I had been suffering with anxiety for 20+ years and had tried many different types of therapy and medications for it. Carolin firstly was very welcoming and friendly creating a very safe space. Secondly Carolin professionalism and knowledge of hypnotherapy lead to an amazingly vulnerable session helping me to clear some long held beliefs that definitely weren’t helping me, without any judgement just heaps of compassion. Thirdly Carolin’s ability to hypnotise and go to deep levels is such a credit to her .
Wasn’t sure what to expect, no point being the sceptic therefore I opened my mind and said braced the experience. I was honestly surprised and remain confused at how this all works so well. Not only have I noticed the change but those close to me have shared their bewilderment at how I can shift from a lifetime of undesirable behaviours (unhealthy food choices) to now a conscious and controlled lifestyle - removed of guilt. It’s been three - four weeks and I’m pleased with the results.
