Poor customer care. I’ll start by acknowledging one lovely lady who did my pedicure, she was absolutely great start to finish. Trouble started when another lady (supposedly the leader) came around to do my manicure. She had already been rude in how she commanded me to move sits, I felt humiliated in a full room. No ‘hi’ ’how’re you’, she just took a sit and started filing aggressively. She was VERY VERY ROUGH with filing my cuticles I ended up bleeding. Worst part is she didn’t apologise or own up. do not recommend would never go here again charging me for stuff that was there fault do not go here very rude staff. booked a appointment and had to wait 2 hours very disappointed. they also are so rough my nails are so sore
I love this salon. It’s clean and very nice people as well, I always get welcomed in as they do my nails so gentle. I love getting the sns because I’m a really rough person since I do lots of hard work outside. Would recommend
This salon is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone around the area. I love how they did the pedicures as they added this flower soap things in the pedicure.
