There phone lines are awful, on hold 15 min. and never got through. Next time on hold 35 min never got through. Recorder came on said to leave mess to be called back but no way to get to the message line??? Whats up with that and then why not put that message and a way to leave message before 35 min wait. Again stay away from them if you can. I would put minus stars if possible. -5!!!!
The care I received there was terrible . I was seen by an inexperienced PA who told me I wasn't sick . I have been treated for a chronic decease the with doctor for six months prior to that . The office was in an uproar when they were questioned and I ended up in the ER before the week was out . Take my advised and don't go there . It has not helped since the practice went to Mount Carmel either . I give it one star only because there is nothing lower.
They could CARE LESS!!!! The place used to be decent. Now it totally SUCKS. They dont answer the phone!! When they do it's a complete run around. And nobody calls you back. No value of a customer AT ALL!!!! I needed a pre authorization for a prescription and dropped off a form 2 months ago. The didnt send it in, said it got lost. So we did a new one. I am officially done with this office. After years of poor service, I am actively looking for a new doctor for my family. Today's experience was a typical one. I called seven times in a row and got a busy signal. On the eighth call someone answered but I was immediately put on hold for 17 minutes. I requested an appointment with Dr. Peterson for what I considered to be a worrisome recurrence of illness. I was told she was booked until next Monday. Today is Tuesday- do the math. They had me show up 20 minutes early for my first appointment...so I could wait around for 40 before they called me back. I've now been here for over an hour and have yet to see a doctor. I don't think I'll be back.
I think the business was too big for everyone to handle. I came here for Lisa Ward, CNP. She detected my problems and gave me what I needed and it';s effective. But I'm done with this place......they have no respect on their patient's time. Just theirs, and the service they gave was horrible. I was there on 5/30/13, they called me in on 2.25pm (my orig appt was 2.20pm, I was there 2.15p, ... pls keep in mind if you're late 5 mins, they'll decline svc to you). LOVE dr peterson. Impossible to get thru to make an appt. then they are not nice to deal with. Changing docs because of the office workers. :(
You don't get the level of care that you need. I love the physician assistant; however, I feel my regular doctor should be involved with my physical. I have private insurance but I am treated like I was on medicare. One positive note though the physician assistant has it correct with the right amount of medication. I do not feel Dr Peterson has the care for her patients like Dr. Morris. Dr Morris is the best. When I hurt my shoulder at work I met with Dr. Suda Thompson. These people are the nicest people in the world. Everyone from the lady who answers the phone, the male nurse guy(Jeremy?) and the lady who does the out processing. They asked me how I feel and make recommendations based on my needs, my employers needs and what is best for my recovery. I am still amazed and so glad I was referred to them.
