My aunt has been there for 14 months. Her sister goes every day to feed her lunch and I go every evening after work. If not she would have starved to death and the food is appalling. We are constantly aware of how she is drugged as a restraint method. Have had several meetings with administrators with out change. I think the facility is horrible and that prisons treat inmates better than the residents of Moundsville Health Center
Great place to be with friendly staff, good food, and fun activities. I love the activities department, the administrative staff, and everyone else that works there including the CNAs and Nurses because they all do a wonderful job.

It’s A Very Nice Facility To Work At. The Residents There Are Treated Like Family & There Is A Nice Amount Of Activities For The Residents To Stay Active & Socialize.
