Moultrie Oaks reached out to us and they are now replacing the appliances.
We purchased a new home from Moultrie Oaks in April 2024. We had several issues with the home that we pointed out to Sheila Blevins the sales person that was employed by Moultie Oaks at the time that we were looking at the home. We were in turned told that all issues were covered under warranty by the manufacturer of the home. We have had to fight with the manufacturer for several months for them to do the repairs.
